How Can I Find and Edit My Support Pin?

When you contact our support team by phone, we’ll ask you to verify your Freeparking pin to help us clear security.

If you’re unsure what your pin is, then you can view it in your Online Control Panel. You can even edit this to something more memorable if you wish.

To begin, log in to your Online Control Panel and select Account Details from the Account menu.

You’ll be taken to all your account detail pages. On this screen, you’ll see your Pin as highlighted below

If you wish to change your pin to a memorable word or phrase, select the edit button.
