How can I renew my domain name

Introduction

You have full access to your Online Control Panel with Names.co.uk all year round. This will allow you to keep a track of your renewal dates for all domains and to manually renew these services too. You can also setup whether you want them to be set to automatic renewal or a manual renewal. This guide will show how to get to the billing area to make a manual renewal payment for a domain name.

Step One

Navigate to our website names.co.uk

Once on the website, choose “Log in” found on the top right-hand side of the page and log into your Online Control Panel. If you need assistance with this, please follow this guide.

Step Two

Once you have successfully logged into your Online Control Panel, navigate to the “Billing” tab and from the drop-down menu choose “Renewals”.

Step Three

The page that loads will show “Renewals Due”. And if you have a renewal coming up soon you can choose the “Renew” Button on the domain name you would like to renew.

Step Four

The page will now display some options to add a new card, or if you have an existing card, you will be able to choose this card from here also. Once you choose the options that works for you, choose the “Proceed” button to continue to make the renewal payment for the domain name.

Step Five

If you do not want to renew the service straight away, you can choose to set the payment to an automatic renewal by choosing the drop-down list and either choosing “+ Add new card” or choosing an existing card. If you change the toggle under auto renew showing “OFF” to “ON” this will also prompt you to choose or add a new card.
