How to raise a tell the boss feedback form

Introduction

At names.co.uk we take feedback very importantly and always want to hear where we could do better and what would make it easier for our customers to have the best experience. This article will explain how to raise a feedback form through the Online Control Panel.

Step One

Navigate to our website names.co.uk

Once on the website, choose “Log in” found on the top right-hand side of the page and log into your Online Control Panel. If you need assistance with this, please follow this guide.

Step Two

Once you have successfully logged into your Online Control Panel, navigate to the “Support” tab and from the drop-down menu choose “Tell The Boss”.

Step Three

The form will load asking you to “Tell us what you think!” – Please fill out the form here and choose “Send results” at the bottom of the form. This feedback form will then be sent.
