Manage your payment methods
Introduction
There may be a time where you need to manage your payment methods, such as if a card has expired. This guide will walk you through how to manage this on your Online Control Panel.

Step One
Navigate to our website names.co.uk
Once on the website, choose “Log in” found on the top right-hand side of the page and log into your Online Control Panel. If you need assistance with this, please follow this guide.
Step Two
Hover over the “Billing” option on the top of the screen, this will then create
a dropdown menu.
Step Three
Select the “Manage Payment Methods” option from the dropdown menu.
Step Four
From here you can perform actions such as Adding a new payment method and manage your direct debits with ease.
