Unable to View Billing or Account Details in the Online Control Panel?
If you’re unable to access the Billing or Account tabs, it’s likely that you’re logged in using a Site Admin account. This type of login provides limited access, designed for situations where you want to grant a web developer restricted Control Panel access.
How to Log in as an Admin User
To unlock full access, including the Billing and Account options, log in using either:
- The primary account email
- The account reference as the username
How to Find Your Account Reference or Email Login
- Your email login is typically the address used to create your Names.co.uk account. If you’re unsure, check the email where we send renewal reminders.
- Your account reference can be found in emails we’ve sent you.
