What is Bandwidth?

All of our hosting packages come with a certain amount of bandwidth attached to them.

Bandwidth is the measurement of data that is sent from the hosting server down to the visitors computer.

If you have a lot of visitors and they all download large files from your site, then you will need a larger amount of bandwidth. Smaller sites just delivering static content and not offering downloads may only require a smaller amount of bandwidth.

You can monitor your bandwidth usage through your Online Control Panel.

Simply Login to your Online Control Panel and click on Domain Names from the top left corner.

Click on the domain that you wish to view the bandwidth usage for.

You will then be able to view your total bandwidth allowance and your current usage.
