By Credit or Debit Card

The most convenient way to pay is by Credit or Debit Card. We accept:

• Visa/Visa Delta/Visa Electron
• Mastercard
• American Express

You can easily pay in your Online Control Panel or call us on 0345 363 3632 between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Credit Card chargebacks will be subject to a £25 (excl VAT) administration fee.

Paying by Direct Debit

For monthly packages a safe and easy way to pay is by Direct Debit and with the Direct Debit guarantee you are assured of an immediate refund in the unlikely event of a mistake being made.

To setup your Direct Debit online simply follow the on-screen instructions when processing your order. The first payment will be taken immediately by credit or debit card and we will then send you confirmation when your Direct Debit has been setup for future payments.

Paying by BACS

Paying by BACS is often convenient and usually takes 3 days. We therefore advise that if it is for a renewal, to make payment at least 7 days before the renewal date.

When making payment, please write your Account Reference, Order Reference or Domain Name as the BACS reference. Please also send a brief e-mail to accounts@names.co.uk advising us of your payment. This will speed its allocation to your account.
